Brought together by a shared love of our natural world - and also birds.

The Grand Rapids Audubon Club isn’t only for those who are interested in birds. We are a gathering place for those who care about the preservation of natural spaces and biodiversity within West Michigan. Yes, we love birds - but our passion for conservation and appreciation for biodiversity doesn’t end there!

Birding may have brought us all together, but it’s through our shared values and love for being outdoors that we meet regularly, remain in contact and go on field trips together! We love sharing our knowledge and passion for the species in our own corner of the world - so if you’ve never been birding, no worries! There’s room for you here as we all learn about our natural world together.

All of our meetings, field trips, and special events are free to attend because we want to ensure that everyone has an avenue into nature appreciation. By becoming a member, you are helping us bring people together to promote the importance (and beauty) of natural landscapes throughout West Michigan.

Membership in Grand Rapids Audubon Club is open to all interested persons age 14 or over.
